question: accessibility and mobile updates for web interface

Hey there! I've been using ngn-apl as a playground for learning more apl. I ran into a few issues trying to use it from mobile, so I made a few minor changes to the web interface to make it play a bit more nicely with mobile, and assistive tech. Nothing huge though.

Instead of just making a pull request, though, I thought I'd ask if you were interested in these changes? If so, I'll happily make a pull request for you to consider, but, if not, no worries at all, since the changes do slightly change the layout and style of html.
