But when I delete a file i OneDrive, it still deleted on my server according the logs:

@renarios The first is for v2.4.25 (which you are running) and performs as indicated - that is, the online state is downloaded and replicated including deletes. The second is for v2.5.0 (rc1 at the moment, rc2 is pending shortly) - and this is where the difference in handling the online deletion is occurring when using As an example with v2.5.0:

You do not need to use Docker to setup multiple configurations. Please read the documentation on this: There is no difference in the documentation between v2.4.25 and v2.5.0 for this. Depending on how you want to set things up - you have options:
