Describe the bug
When I open some file in sample program and after when I try to scroll Up\Down it has very slow performance.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open sample program
  2. Click on 'File -> Open' and open some file (even LICENSE file from repo is good for it)
  3. After the file is loaded try to scroll up and down
  4. See scrolling is not smooth and it is actually lagging a lot even with tiny file loaded

Expected behavior
I expect smooth scrolling

Screenshots
If you actually want I can make some video, but it should be very clear about this issue

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10 x64
  • Visual Studio 2022
  • CPU: i7-4770k
  • GPU: nVidia GTX 650
  • RAM: 28 Gb DDR3

So, Is there any settings maybe I can use to get better performance with scrolling experience?
