使用中遇到的一些感觉可以改进的细节 #69

1 主界面按下设置后转到设置页，不论是进行设置更改还是不做任何更改点击确定后，主页面都会回到第一个站点标签并重新刷新，有时看到视频的某个地方需要进行设置的时候就麻烦了，还得回去重新找视频

2 主页面UI是否能改进下，如果站点多的话先找到后面的站点还得不停的后翻

3 不知道这个问题是只有我遇到还是都有，github相关的网站都可以访问包括下载release，刚使用软件的时候软件的检测更新中可显示最新版本，用了几次后就不显示版本号了，最新版本显示0.0.0

4 希望能添加站点分类存放，和2提到的问题一样，如果站点标签能改为分组标签，站点放在分组里列表显示就好了

5 恳请作者出个web版本的能放在web服务器里面用的，我看到有个人做了个，但是好像不能用，请看下https://github.com/htfei/h-player-web
