Captcha element can not be customized

Triggering the init event at the end of the ZfcUser\Form\Base class's constructor causes that the form is not fully initialized when the init event is triggered. Therefore you can not customize captcha element (there is no captcha element at the time when you catch to the init event).

In the older implementations (eg. 1.3.3) the init event was triggered at the end of the Register class, which was a better solution for those who wants to customize the register form.
