Multiple errors in pdf generation #14

There seems to be multiple errors when I tried to generate a pdf using the provided Makefile. Many of the functions are not available like get_wp_organisms() even though clusterProfiler is installed. Is there a list of exact package versions needed to create this pdf reproducibly or perhaps is there a location from where we can download the pdf?
