Update Database in offline Mode #461

Hello,
I was not able to find the answer.

Could we update the database in offline mode with this mode ? :

in require/settings.php with $globalOffline = TRUE
download the files on https://data.flightairmap.com/
place the files in a specific directory
then launch the script

I had a quick look inside the update_db.php file, but didn't find the solution.
