Final Release Note

Description

jemalloc is a memory allocator (man page) originally developed for FreeBSD to avoid fragmentation, and more recently adopted, extended, and used by Facebook. This issue is a placeholder to see whether YottaDB can benefit from it. As it is an upward compatible replacement for malloc(), a preliminary assessment should be straightforward.
