Change colors of Timer with Windows 10 Accents & Wallpaper to keep YAPAv2 visible

I use an automatic wallpaper cycling program to display a new background every 30 minutes and have Windows 10 set to change the accents of the taskbar among other things as well. Would there be the possibility of having an adaptive color scheme change for YAPAv2 to change colors with the accents / background so it is always visible?

One sort of alternative may be as this was pointed out in another ticket:

"Also, for the YAPA theme it would be nice to have an option to toggle black/white theme based on daytime or better yet dependent on the global Windows 10 toggle for app themes. So when Windows 10 apps are black, YAPA will be white and vice versa."

Didn't even knew you could change/synchronize taskbar color, It might be fun to have this functionality, after quick googling, looks like it's not that simple https://stackoverflow.com/questions/3522861/how-to-get-taskbar-background-color would need to do some research.
