最好能设置一个阈值调整识别关键帧的强度

Config.py里有个参数SUB_AREA_DEVIATION_RATE,默认是0,调整一下就行

# 字幕区域允许偏差, 0为不允许越界, 0.03表示可以越界3%
SUB_AREA_DEVIATION_RATE = 0.005
