能不能一边识别一边写入srt #281

因为运行时间一般比较长，有几次在中途就因为不可抗因素中断程序了

所以，能不能一边识别，一边往输出的srt文件里写，这样中断的话不至于全部损失，而不是到最后才一起写

（我经常是ssh上去到一台远程linux机子做识别，但那边的环境不太稳定）

另外我想顺便问问，看代码里，好像只有accurate和gpu才使用vsf，为什么fast不用vsf呢？
