Can't receive topic message using amqtt_sub executable.

After using pip installed the amqtt.
I opened three shell windows.
The first execute:
amqtt

The second execute:
amqtt_sub --url mqtt://localhost -t test123

The third execute:
amqtt_pub --url mqtt://localhost -t test123 -m "This is a message"

But the second shell window can't receive the message.
