OpenCL SDK download link 404 oops #4

README.md says OpenCL SDK can be downloaded by link https://developer.amd.com/amd-accelerated-parallel-processing-app-sdk/

But in fact , the web link is 404 oops now.

Please use nvidia SDK instead of amd. That link is not useable now.
