pdf viewer is wrongly applied to non-pdf files

If reporting a bug:

1. Can you describe the problem and bug in more detail?
   When opening a .pdf link like this one the memex pdf reader blindly jobs into action not realizing that it is not a pdf but a website that has a pdf embedded into it.

2. How can we replicate the issue?
   open the provided link with a chrome with memex installed.

3. Expected behavior (i.e. solution)
   Do not apply memex pdf reader just based on the URL but http headers like the content type.

4. Error stack (from extension crash page)
   there is no crash but the memex pdf view shows the message: "The PDF could not be found in the expected location"
