Please add a way to configure the Wiki URL prefix for "Wiki" links for supporting wiki mirrors. #61

Currently the Wiki URL prefix seems to be hard coded to https://wiki.facepunch.com/gmod/<bla>, which should be fine usually. See: https://github.com/WilliamVenner/vscode-glua-enhanced/blob/master/src/wikiProvider.js#L5

However there are mirrors out there showing better performance and/or reliability. One such mirror is: https://gmodwiki.com/

For this mirror you could configure: https://gmodwiki.com/<bla>
