PNGs seem to stop working after being uploaded

On the right is the folder I'm uploading. The left is what is downloaded through gmpublisher from the workshop.
It appears the majority of the icons break somehow. Is this an issue related to gmpublisher? Users are reporting missing textures in-game.

Weird, only the start and end of the file seems to be different. Have you tried saving the files in a different editing program like paint.net or something?
