Up next list laggy when using custom CSS

Bug description

The up next list is laggy, as seen in the video below. Same applies with rearranging songs. I have made a past issue for this, which was closed for being an issue at Google's end, but I noticed it only happens when using the custom CSS (as provided when installing the app)

Steps to reproduce

Play any track/playlist/album, and notice how the up next list along with other UI elements are lagging.
