Add support of "saving" volume level and pin to taskbar after app restart

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
After restart windows 11 dont remember sound level . Cant make minimum sound level in app which i want , each time im making once again .
Same with pin to taskbar , each start it opens new window.
