Co-ordinates of Japanese cities not appearing.

Also, Japanese text is not working on the URL https://vedastroapi.azurewebsites.net/api/AddressToGeoLocation/　I think it should generally work and google response doesn't differ with the language.

Not sure why certain Japanese cities are not in the system. (will improve in the future)
But the regions or states clearly and obviously are for instance Yokohama is inside Kantō.
So Kantō, Japan works with accurate longitude and latitude.

I suppose right now the right way to look at it

1. if the town doesn't exist you go to the city,
2. if the city doesn't exist, you go to state
3. if the state doesn't exist you go to the country
4. and if the country doesn't exist you go to the earth

this way you can find the longitude data location in the current VedAstro system
