We're currently using v3 of the Weaviate client, which is getting deprecated soon. Goal of this issue is to update the connector to use v4 instead.

"I was going through the documentation for the Weaviate Connector and noticed it is using the Python v3 client. Are there plans to upgrade it to v4?
