ERROR: No matching distribution found for mlagents==1.0.0

Describe the bug
After creating an environment with python==3.10 I'm trying to install mlagents 1.0.0 using
python -m pip install mlagents==1.0.0

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. conda create -n mlagents1 python==3.10
2. python -m pip install mlagents==1.0.0

This issue might have raised due to various reasons. You can try installing the latest version of mlagents by using the following command:

pip install mlagents

This would install the latest version of mlagents and I guess it works fine.
