According to the instructions, to translate the manager, you need to transfer the folder with the language to the resources. But in Laravel version 9, the languages are located in the lang folder, in the root directory of the site, and when you transfer it to it, the translation is not pulled up. If you create a lang folder in the resources, then other languages ​​on the site fly off
