What pool do you have set and do you have a "Remote Configuration" or "API Endpoint" set? And are you sure that's the miners explorer.exe and not the real one?

The pool is pool.hashvault.pro:80.

No and there's definitely nothing with vultrusercontent.com, so either it has something to do with hashvault or the explorer.exe in the list is your real explorer.exe. From what I can gather vultr might have something to do with this VPS service https://www.vultr.com/?
