Can not install neoforge.

Description of bug

Instance update failed because: Game update failed: it was impossible to fetch the required libraries.
Reason:
Job 'Libraries for instance amogus' failed to process:
https://maven.neoforged.net/net/neoforged/forge/1.20.1-47.1.102/forge-1.20.1-47.1.102-installer.jar

Steps to reproduce

• install 1.20.1
• click install neoforge (version selected does not matter - it fails on all of 'em)
• "Instance update failed..."

Suspected cause

no idea
i've attempted to go at link shown in error and i've always successfully finished the download
turning vpn on doesn't change anything

also, do you also enjoy it when someone gets cancelled and they make a new modloader no one asked for to split modding community even more? :)

This issue is unique
