Saving a GMT+X.5 (half hour shift) timezone will shift availability 1 hour back #373

Happens because we're rounding down the timezone difference each time

Steps to reproduce:

  • Save availability with a timezone like "Asia/Calcutta" (GMT+5.5)
  • Refresh the page, save again
  • See: availability shifting back 1hr each time
