Add/ modify below issues

1.Include "Lintel Level " in physical stage
2.Give edit facility of Grant (scheme)
3.show "exp % over Agt value " ( cum.exp/agt *100)
4.show "exp including pending bills % over Agt value" ((cum.exp+pending bills ) / Agt * 100 )
5.Delete voucher no. Field in the pending bills tab in edit projects.
6.show index on " colour coding of works"
