Similar to IntVector

Increase reference count of zend_string to prevent modification
Very fast unserialization/serialization (no copy)
getHash() is possible
Throw for invalid data
toSerializedString/fromSerializedString for use outside of serialize()

ImmutableSortedIntSet was added.
