[TT-9831] Lint not available in Docker image

How am I supposed to run it? Do I have to install the go binary locally?

Reproduction steps

$ docker run --rm -it --entrypoint=/bin/bash tykio/tyk-gateway:v5.1 
root@0710275610cd:/opt/tyk-gateway# ./tyk lint
tyk: error: open cli/linter/schema.json: no such file or directory, try --help

Actual behavior
tyk: error: open cli/linter/schema.json: no such file or directory, try --help

Expected behavior
Linting is performed
