I was getting an error trying to use TwitterStatus.UpdateWithMedia command. Apparently it was using an old method in the 1.0 version of Twitter API.

The fix is to comment out or delete this line in UpdateWithmediaCommand.cs, so that it uses the default API url (https://api.twitter.com/1.1/):

        //this.OptionalProperties.APIBaseAddress = "https://upload.twitter.com/1/";
