can be easy done in WS2019.3 thanks to the injection support for handlebars

@anstarovoyt are you saying that there's full support for this in 2019.3? or that the framework support is available in that version and would be easy to make this happen?

Would definitely find this extremely valuable for test writing and story writing in Storybook.js
