Describe the bug
Adding or removing a star to an older message (at least two weeks old) removes the entry from starboard, even when the amount of stars is above the threshold required.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a starred message that is at least two weeks old that is already on the starboard.
  2. Remove or add a star

Expected behavior
The star count is updated on the starboard.

Actual behavior
The starboard entry is removed and cannot be reinstated.

in doing further testing, i found that it appears to delete 100% of the time with messages from users who are on the server, whereas for users who are no longer on the server, the messages will sometimes be unaffected and the star count will change as expected
