• what is the UX?
• how can we improve UX?
• even with subpar UX, are people actually using it? do they manage to set it up?

The feeling of SSB reminds me a little about BBSes in the 90s, it's cosy -- as far as an online room can be... Looks like there has been quite some developments to SSB Rooms and their deployment since I first heard about them https://github.com/ssbc/go-ssb-room/blob/master/docs/deployment.md
