We want to run a relay that is only usable after authentication. #5
Both to send as well as to read notes from the relay.

There are several relays that support authentication for sending.
Are there any that support authentication for reading?

nostr-relay is a python implementation that supports nip-42
https://code.pobblelabs.org/fossil/nostr_relay/doc/tip/docs/authentication.md

authentication seems easily extendible, so could plug into mongodb
