Every circle can have associated geo and event notes #10

For the hitchhiking circle: Hitchwiki/nostrides#1

This way if cool stuff like Hitchspots.me and Hitchlog.com is nostrified these tools will be immediately useful for other circles and it will be straightforward for people to innovate with geo notes from other circles.
