Ghost Body Doesn't Display Outline to Most Players

With ttt_spawn_type 2, the majority of players do not see the colored outline that is surrounding the smoke cloud, resulting in it being very hard to see the identification state of the body. For some reason I am the only person who can see this colored outline, and the rest of the players are unable to see it, even after changing their CSGO settings to exactly how I have them. I had people delete all files pertaining to this plugin and the issue still happened after having them download the files again.
