Description

Some spells generally with SPELL_EFFECT_APPLY_AURA and SPELL_AURA_DUMMY doesnt show any visuals, there are some of them:

  • 274649 Cosmetic Wind State
  • 120296 Dust Explosion

Expected behaviour

Show correct visual spells

Steps to reproduce the problem

Enter ingame and .cast any of the spells above

443985 (Arcane Envelope) related to missing hotfixes

other spells that dont work visually are 130022 and 125706 but their respective triggered spells work (visually) is weird
