[Bug]: It stops working when turning the "Fast startup" in the control panel (windows 11)

Please check for a duplicate first

• I have checked the issue tracker if my bug has already been fixed or answered in another (possibly closed) issue.

Steps to reproduce the issue

• When turning on the Fast startup option in the power settings in the control panel (windows 11), after turning off the device and turning It on again, TranslucentTB won't work at all, I've tried every possible solution till now, (restarting the file explorer service, restart the app from scratch, reinstall the app) nothing helped (with knowledge that TranslucentTB is in the auto-startup apps).
• The only solution for this is restarting the device, or turning the "fast startup" off.
  (This is a random happening)

Expected results

The app working fine after turning on the device.

Actual results

It wont work when fast startup option is on.
