Add "Call Muted" to comms viewscreen card

It would be a lot more visible to the whole crew and Flight Director if the comms viewscreen card displayed if the call was muted

On the line where the viewscreen card says Call Connected, we could add " - Muted" if the call is muted by the comms officer.

Deal with it.
