Coolant System Won't Generate a Report

If you damage the coolant system and attempt to use damage reports core to generate a damage report for it, it doesn't actually generate anything.

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a flight with a simulator that has the coolant system.
• Damage/Engineering/R&D the Coolant system in any way. (Macro event, or clicking on it using systems core)
• Using the damage reports core, click on the coolant system, and attempt to generate a report of any length. Nothing will generate.
