Ticket ID doesn't persist #11

I have to enter the ticket number (or scan it) every time i restart the app.

Steps to replicate:

Open the app.
Scan the code or punch it in.
Close the app by double pressing home button and swiping the app away
Re-open the app

Expected:
The app remembered my ticket and my profile is available

Actual:
The app asks me to scan the ticket again and my profile is unavailable

Using the app on iOS 9.3.2
