In case the freefalling -> parachuting (F2P) transition takes longer than the fall, PARACHUTING state will never be reached (unit will remain in F2P for entire fall). Thus, parachuting -> standing (P2S) transition will never be played. The unit will immediately stand on the ground.
Solution is (probably) to manually speed up very long F2P transitions, so that P2S will always* be played.
* unless the fall is cut short by very rough terrain.
