For "Structure > Visually Show Focus", it seems that currently border is used. Could this be changed to outline instead, as that wouldn't affect the layout of the page? Currently, when moving around, the forced border shifts things subtly around 2-3 pixels.

I tried to locate the script responsible for this, but had no luck...if you point me in the right direction, I can make the edit myself...
