This is the same thing as #26 but for scripts that do stuff like highlight tables on the page etc. It should be possible to reset the page to how it was before the highlights were applied without a refresh.

Could the UI for this involve placing a tick/check mark next to things like Tables > Show Data Tables when options like that are active?
