I have included instructions for a workaround in the README. It is not possible to fix this directly unless we can make it so that wat/Translation.ini can be encoded using UTF-8. I am not sure why it needs UTF-16, other than it seems that the toolbar shell code requires this. I tried saving as UTF-8 and it broke horribly :-).

Looks, therefore, like we'd have to have the toolbar shell code changed to fix, this?
