cordova.js isn't found

But the cordova.js file is in the src folder, so in the browser I get the error message that the file isn't found

I still wondering where the codova.js should comming from? It isn't in the same folder where index.html is

I'm using:

• Linux Ubuntu 16.04
• Node v6.12.2
• NPM 3.10.10
• Google Chrome Version 63.0.3239.108 (Official Build) (64-bit)
