will the old themes be in tht2 and will it still work with php 5.6?

THT2 will have an updated bootstrap based theme, and it is targeting php 7.1 and up as most webhosts have php 7.1 or newer.

what about ESX-i or vSphere support?

ESXi and vSphere will be investigated, at the moment we are focusing on cPanel and Direct Admin support.
