Describe what needs to be implemented or enhanced

Anaya is actually not spawned, she is unused at release.
She is present in every WDB we have, so she is surely spawned for 0.5.3

Since we have no screenshot of her, we could use wowpython loc (auberdine)

3843 Anaya should be spawed at wowpython loc

The Anaya spawn in wowpython is at the following location:
worldport 1 6448.65 630.078 7.35879 3.27749
WoWClient_jyZHwcQjhU

This actually looks like wowpython accidentally mixed up guids with another NPC.
Both the location and orientation Cerellean Whiteclaw in 0.5.5 matches that of Anaya spawn from wowpython.
Here is the spawn location of Cerellean Whiteclaw in 0.5.5:

In classic Anaya exists, but she is not permanently spawned.
She spawns on quest end of "For Love Eternal".

So what should be done in this case is just move Cerellean Whiteclaw to the position that Anaya uses in wowpython.
Let Anaya be spawned near Cerellean Whiteclaw by a quest end script.

The context looks like Corbett Schneider spawn, both are present on every WDB and listing from various source we have, but they were spawned by a script on release.

Probably, she should be permanently spawned since she is on every darkshore WDB we have, but no real evidence except that.

That faction comes from vmangos. As for where vmangos got it, probably from UDB 16 years ago.
In sniff data from classic she uses faction 80:

Low entries broadcast text for the quest end script exists. Some examples:

If she was permanently spawned, it would seem very odd that Cerellean would say goodbye.

if the quest is already implemented, it doesn't make sense to spawn her permanently

It's exacly like Corbett Schneider, he is on every screenshots, WDB, lisiting we have.

Since the context is exactly the same with another spawned by a script NPC, there is probably something weird about how NPC were despawned after quest completion
