Currently, if you use the share button for a specific group or layer in the catalogue:

When you click the Share URL that was generated:

It correctly loads the About page for the shared item, but it doesn't scroll the list of datasets to the shared item:

This makes it confusing for the user because the right side of the catalogue (the About side) is disconnected from the left side (the catalogue tree). We should scroll to the selected item in the catalogue instead, like this:
