Problem adding fonts locally

Running terria v7.
I'm having trouble loading fonts. I need them to load locally rather than using a cdn. I tried creating a new scss file, imported by _variables.scss. This new file has a @font-face as such:
@font-face { font-family: 'Roboto'; src: url('../../../wwwroot/fonts/RobotoLight.woff2') format('woff2'), url('../../../wwwroot/fonts/RobotoLight.woff') format('woff'); }

However, when Terria tries to load these resources, it cannot find them.

"Module not found: Error: Can't resolve ..." seems to indicate that the font files aren't visible. Is there any registering or missing references I would have to add within Terria, that I haven't found? I should mention I'm not working in /Timeline/.

wwwroot/fonts should be registered already, I thought. Any suggestions? Thanks!
