Scratch docker permutations

We understand the benefits of using an scratch docker.
But in the benchmark, we are not distributing or reusing docker images. The time to build it is the same, and we finish testing the same binary. And after the test it's destroyed.

We can test it with an scratch docker or with any OS flavor.
But it is a wasting time to test both, to have the same results. And more with all frameworks.
